US Cash Advance

Last Updated: March 2026

This Agreement explains how US Cash Advance uses electronic methods to communicate with you. We encourage you to read every section so you understand your rights and responsibilities before providing your consent.

About This Agreement

US Cash Advance is committed to making your experience as convenient as possible. One way we do this is by providing important documents and notices electronically. Federal and state laws sometimes require that certain information be given to you “in writing,” and electronic records fulfill that obligation when you consent to receive them.

Electronic Delivery: What Is Included

Once you consent, the following categories of documents may be sent to you electronically:

– Loan applications and pre-qualification forms

– Loan agreements, promissory notes, and related amendments

– Disclosures mandated by law, including Truth in Lending Act disclosures

– Account statements and payment histories

– Privacy notices and policy revisions

– Adjustments to interest rates, fees, or other terms of service

– Adverse action notices (for example, application denials or unfavorable term changes)

– All other account-related correspondence

How We Send Electronic Documents

There are three ways you may receive electronic communications from us:

By email — We send documents to the email address associated with your account.

Through our secure portal — We post documents to your online account, which you can access by logging in on our website.

Via SMS — We may text you notifications if you have separately opted in to our SMS program.

Checking your email and online account on a regular basis is the best way to stay up to date.

What You Need to Access Electronic Documents

Before consenting, confirm that you have the following:

1. A device with internet access — this can be a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.

2. A current web browser — Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.

3. A PDF reader — most modern browsers include one, or you can download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

4. A functioning email account.

5. Enough storage on your device (or a printer) to save or print copies of documents you want to keep.

Updating Your Contact Information

Your email address, phone number, and mailing address must be kept current. If any of this information changes, update it immediately through your online account settings or by contacting us. We cannot guarantee delivery of communications if your contact details are out of date.

Paper Copies

Even after you consent to electronic delivery, you retain the right to receive paper copies of any document. There is no fee for this service. Simply contact us and we will mail the requested documents within 10 business days. Requesting a paper copy has no effect on your electronic consent — it stays in place unless you take separate action to withdraw it.

Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to electronic delivery at any time. This choice is entirely yours, and electronic consent is never a prerequisite for obtaining products or services from US Cash Advance. To withdraw, get in touch using any of the methods listed below. We will act on your request within 10 business days. Note that withdrawal operates prospectively only: any communication delivered electronically before your withdrawal remains legally valid.

How Electronic Signatures Work

Certain actions on our website — such as clicking “I Agree,” entering your name in a signature box, or submitting a loan application — function as electronic signatures. These signatures are just as enforceable as signatures made with pen and paper. Each time you sign electronically, we create an audit trail entry that records the date, time, and IP address of the event.
