When your application is accepted, you’ve signed the contract and you have your money. Your due date is the one written in your loan agreement. How long a term can run is set by your state, not by us, and the limit that applies to you is on your state page. If you need more time, an extension may be available where your state allows one, but several states prohibit rollovers and extensions outright, so it is not something we can promise everywhere.
